Bio: Ally  graduated in 2023 from University of Mary with a Bachelors degree in Biomechanics with a concentration in Sports Medicine. She has 5 years of collegiate volleyball experience spread out between junior college level to Division 2. She played 2 seasons as a middle blocker at NDSCS, 1 season at LSSU as an outside/defensive specialist, and 2 seasons at University of Mary as an outside hitter. She has been coaching volleyball and giving private lessons since she was a freshman in college. She has worked with athletes from 12s division to 17s division. Outside of volleyball she is a strength and conditioning coach at Sanford Sports Performance in Bismarck.

Fun Fact: Ally just learned how to do a cartwheel last winter!
