Marchelle Bostic

Athlete Bio: 
“I began playing volleyball when I was in 5th grade because I knew I wanted to be like my big sister and play the greatest game ever! In fall, I played at Lake Stevens High School in Washington, and then club volleyball in spring. I also played in college, my freshman year at Iowa Western Community College, and then the last three years at Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon. During my career I have played ALL the positions, but being a setter was my greatest passion!”

  • 2011 - Iowa Western Community College - placed 5th at Nationals
  • 2012 - Warner Pacific College - Portland, OR
    • Set 2 school records in Assists; her career Assists are still 2nd on the leaderboard
    • 5th on the leaderboard for career Aces

Coaching Bio: 
“This is my first year coaching for Capital Volleyball Club! I have coached youth summer camps through college, as well as one season as a club coach in Iowa. Lastly, I have been an off-court training coach for an elite volleyball club in Seattle, WA during both indoor and beach seasons. I am excited to be back in the gym coaching the best sport of all!”

"I am currently in graduate school earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy!"

This is Coach Marchelle's 1st season with CVC! We are so excited for her to share her knowledge and passion for the game with our athletes!
