What is the National Division?

• This division is a NEW division to CVC this year!  This team will compete in both the Winter and Spring season.  All interested players will need to attend the winter tryout.
  • This team will hope to roster 8-10 players.  We welcome ALL multi sport athletes to tryout.   We will accommodate school sports/extracurriculars during the season.  
  • Ex: (one player may not be able to play in the winter, will pickup with the team as able and fully in March or one player may play in the winter, but not the spring). 
• The Nationals division offers athletes the opportunity to travel to highly competitive tournaments out of state and our region.  This division will give a focus to athletes looking to be recruited. They will attend 2 and 3 day tournaments that will give the opportunity to qualify for either USAV Nationals or AAU Nationals.
• If a team qualifies for USAV Nationals they will attend in Dallas, TX.  If the team does not qualify for USAV Nationals, they will attend AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL.  
• It is important to note these are examples of possible tournaments for this team:  January Thaw (Minneapolis, MN), ASICS Presidents Day Challenge (Omaha, NE),  Nike ACE of Clubs Region Qualifier (Minneapolis),  Northern Lights Qualifier (Minneapolis), Pentagon (Sioux Falls, SD), Big Sky Volleyfest (Billings, MT), etc.
• Since this is a pilot program this first year will ONLY have a 17/18s, 16s, 15s, and 14s team.  We hope to offer these teams as registration numbers and skill levels allow.
